Seaweed Health Foundation
The Foundation is a non-profit organisation with affiliated centres, governed by its Constitution and Core Purposes.
It was set up in 2010 by S. B. Ranger, a pioneering producer of human food seaweed in Norway from 1997 and in Scotland from 2009, and is administered by the Seagreens Trust.
Through its website, events and services, the Foundation aims to assist those producing, consuming, selling and researching certified seaweed for food and health.

The Foundation has established an initial model in England and Scotland. In other countries, it will license and assist Friends to establish affiliated organisations, share the Core Purposes, Constitution and Corporate Identity of the Foundation, and integrate events, services, and other activities into an international programme and effort which will be fully reflected in this website.
