The Foundation's fifth annual public event in co-operation with the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh.
The Royal Botanic Garden is a magnificient setting for this combined exhibition, lecture series, and conference in Scotland.
There is something for everyone - keeping up to date with all the latest developments in seaweed research, production and products for human food and health.
Talks by nutritionists, seaweed foragers and producers, academics, acquaculture industry experts, authors, and lovers of seaweed.
In 2016 we had book launches, the introduction of the world's first seaweed production standard, and over 1000 visitors from many different countries.
Its a place to meet, and meet again, those who share this fascinating and growing common interest.
Entry is free. 12 - 4pm each day. Foundation conference on Sunday morning 10.30-12 for Friends of the Foundation and their guests.
